How do I apply for a position with Team Services?

All Team Services job applications must be submitted through the online careers portal. Open positions, job details, and application instructions are posted there, and only completed online applications are considered for review.

Can I submit my resume if I do not see a job posting in the area I would like to apply?

Team Services does not accept unsolicited resumes. Candidates should apply directly to active job postings that match their experience and location preferences. For questions about upcoming opportunities, the Baton Rouge office can be reached at (225) 771-8915.

What are the qualifications for the Tankerman position?

Qualified applicants for our Tankerman position must possess a valid United Status Coast Guard Merchant Mariner’s Credential with a Dangerous Liquid Endorsement, along with a valid TWIC and driver’s license. 

Do you offer an Apprenticeship for the Tankerman position?

Yes. Team Services offers Tankerman apprenticeship programs for qualified candidates. These 6-month programs combine hands-on field training with structured instruction to help candidates gain experience and meet certification requirements.

What are the next steps once I apply for a position?

Once you submit your application for an open position, you’ll receive an email from Team Services Careers letting you know that your application has been successfully submitted.  If you are selected for an interview, a member of our team will reach out to you via phone or email.  If you consented to receive text messages, you may also receive a text regarding your application.

Will I get selected for an interview if I apply?

Each application submitted is reviewed by a member of our team.  However, due to the volume of applications we receive, we are unable to conduct formal interviews with every applicant. 

What is the interview process if my application is selected?

If you are selected for an interview, a member of our team will contact you to coordinate a mutually available time. Typically, the first interview will either be conducted by phone or virtually with Human Resources, followed by an in-person or virtual interview with a member of the management team.

Where can I find the salary range for the positions I am applying for?

Team Services offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.  If a salary range is published for an open position, it will be listed on the job details page.  If a salary is not published, the range will be discussed during the interview process.

Where are your positions located?

Our main office locations are in Baton Rouge, LA, and Houston, TX. We employ team members in various locations along the Gulf Coast from Corpus Christi and Brownsville, TX, to Mobile, AL, including facility operator positions in Alexandria, LA.
