Team Services is pleased to announce our newest quarterly award in honor of our esteemed colleague, Phil Douget, who worked at Team Services from 2009-2023. It is in his honor that we announce the Phil Douget Customer Service Award, recognizing excellence in customer service and employee dedication across Team Services. This award honors employees who embody Phil’s spirit by going above and beyond to deliver outstanding service and creating lasting positive impacts on our customers.
Phil Douget was affectionately known to many as “Cajun Phil”, and in addition to his passion for serving customers, he also had a passion for cooking. He had a gift for bringing people together—whether it was around a stove, a table, or a dance floor.
Cooking wasn’t just something he did, it was something he shared with everyone he cared about. From Louisiana to Texas, from family gatherings to boat docks, he brought joy through the meals he made and the stories he told while making them. In commemoration of this passion, the Phil Douget Customer Service Award is presented with a cast-iron skillet engraved with Team Services’ logo.

INAUGURAL RECIPIENT
Our first recipient of the Phil Douget Customer Service Award is none other than Chris Carroll. Carroll has been with Team Services as a Tankerman since April 2022, and has consistently gone above and beyond with his customer service. Catching leaks and preventing possible hazards, spills, injuries, and fires are just some of the small highlights of Carroll’s dedication to superb customer service. He also shows up and out for his team–mitigating conflicts that had escalated, canceling his personal vacation time to help cover a job and even driving and hand-delivering a piece of equipment from the office to New Orleans in his off time. Team Services’ success is because of dedicated team members like Carroll.
